Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 carrots, peeled and diced
- ¼ cup honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¾ cup water
Instructions:
1. Warm the butter and olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Stir in the diced and peeled carrots and cook for about 10 minutes.
3. Stir in the water and cook for about 15 minutes more.
4. Pour in the honey and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Cook for about 5 more minutes and serve to enjoy.
