Thanks for being here cooking. I tried the Coney sauce as my first and messed it up just a little. Converting recipe from 4 lbs meat to 2 lbs , I think, is where I made bad. No way was I going to mess up twice. So, I wrote every step with paper and ✏️. Waalaa, french for magnificent? The best 2 coneys I can remember eating.
