How to make Single Push ON / OFF Circuit | Single Push Latching using IRFZ44N
Required Components:-
1) IRFZ44N Mosfet
2) BC558 Transistor
3) 10K Resistor x 2
4) 1M ohm, 100K ohm Resistor
5) 2.2uF Capacitor
6) Push Button

Bom dia ,o meu q fiz aqui deu certo ,porém se vc for colocar um relé,igual eu fiz aqui ,eu recomendo q coloquem um resistor de 1 k nos pinos da bobina do relé ( 85..86) para não dar retorno no esquema , a força eletromotriz dá retorno alto para o bc 558 ,aí por isso q funciona só uma vez daí... Espero ter ajudado !!!

Os que eu faço não funciona não, usei um Mosfet IRF510N no lugar do IRFZ44N, e o transistor BC557 no lugar do BC558, o resto segui como está no vídeo e fica sempre ligado. Interessante que site de simulação funciona

Try flipping the FET drain&source (pin2&3) and/OR transistor pins1&3 emitter & collector end pins
