How to Make Brook's skull mask from One Piece out of Foam! In this series I show the steps it takes to create your own skull mask based off of the anime action version of Brook from One Piece. This mask is completely made out of HD-Foam from Blick Art Materials. I do have free PDF templates of the hat available on my website if you'd like to make your own.
