The difference between how the eggs looked when they started and when they finished is HUGE... I can't help thinking you may have wanted to mention that the ribbony mess would fix itself with a little patience.... Other than that, though, YUM!!!!!!

Can’t tell ripeness of avocados by color! Those are different VARIETIES of avocado. Some are a brighter green and others are brownish. Only way to tell ripeness is by gently squeezing. If it’s so soft that it feels kind of hollow, then pitch it. It’s old.
