In this video I will show how to make sourdough bread with nuts and cranberries. The filling of the bread can be very diverse, in my case it is a mixture of walnuts and dried cranberries. You can, however, use anything you like. The bread goes great with cheeses, especially old and well aged ones, or can be used on its own. The bread has an airy, lacy crumb and a flavorful crust.
Sourdough bread with nuts and cranberries
400 g wheat flour (minimum 12% protein)
100 g whole wheat flour
400 g water
13 g salt
175 g mixed nuts and cranberries/raisins/apricots or to your taste
