We did it many times when we had no access to an oven and only had a burner and a pan in camping and it is a crowd's favourite!
The sky is the limit as per the fillings you can put inside: we like tomato sauce, cheese and onions as well as all dressed with pesto, onions, bell peppers and mushrooms and what is also so nice is that the way your star bread will come out will depend on what you fill it in! the less filling, the more visual effects, my favourite to wow the crowd is tomato sauce and pesto like on the thumbnail!
