蒸東星斑配自製蒸魚豉油. Live Leopard Coral Grouper is flesh, soft, flaky, and quite tasty. All groupers are members of the sea bass family. They are found in tropical and warm temperate waters West Pacific Ocean. With the homemade special soy sauce that I am showing you on this video, it make this dish tastes so good and amazingly delicious. You will really impress your friends and family if you make this for them for dinner ☺️
Ingredients
1 Leopard Coral Grouper (About 2 lbs)
or/ other grouper fish
6 green onions
Ginger 30g
1/2 cup cilantro
1 red chili pepper
Special soy sauce ingredients
2 pieces rock sugar (20g)
2 red shallot
3 slices of ginger
6 green onions (Top white portions)
1/3 cup cilantro
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
