In this video, I am going over the topic of Stocks and Broths. There are a lot of videos out there that only give a recipe, this video will give you a more well rounded understanding of the process behind making Stocks and Broths. The recipes will follow in my next few videos. This is essentially a shortened version of the discussion and lecture you receive when attending Culinary School.

I hope I was able to help make the process less confusing. In the next few weeks I am going to post the recipe videos that kind of tie into this. I have Chicken Stock and Brown Stock already filmed, just have to edit them together.

I really appreciate your feedback, it actually means a lot. I've put a lot of work into this. I hope it grows and doesn't stay small, I know it takes time to catch on though. I try to get a little better every time. This video's intent was to sort of give the same spiel that I got in culinary school, I would like to cover many topics like this. As far as collaborators go, I honestly don't know much about how that works or who does things like that. I know it would be challenging being that I am still very new to this
