Mille-feuille
1 frozen pie sheet
(18cm x 18cm) sheet is used in the video.
Powdered sugar to taste
Custard
180 g milk
Vanilla, vanilla essence, oil, etc., as desired
2 egg yolks
35 g granulated sugar
15 g flour
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200℃.
Prepare the custard batts.
Recipe
The custard can also be cut out of the pie crust and layered on top of the pie crust.

Do not defrost the pie sheet before rolling it out.
The custard is cooked in the same way as the pie sheet (see video).
