Welcome back besties ! I hope everyone is doing amazing. It’s finally autumn so I present to you the most amazing cinnamon rolls recipe. It’s something I’ve been working on for a while and after many failed attemps I can promise you that these will be the best cinnamon rolls you will ever taste.
The recipe is super easy and listed for you down below.
dough:
- 1 cup whole warm milk
- 1 packet instant yeast powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 4 cups plain flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
filling:
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 cup soft slightly melted unsalted butter
additional:
- 1/2 cup double cream (for pouring onto the cinnamon rolls)
icing:
- 70g soft slightly melted unsalted butter
- 135g soft cream cheese
- 250g icing sugar
- 2 tbsp double cream
Make sure to bake these in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 25 minutes :) Pour the icing on top as soon as the cinnamon rolls come out of the oven.
