I learned to make potato tacos in 1969, but they are different and use cabbage, pico de gallo with serrano chiles, and salt. No cheese or anything else. I was looking for a different recipe and like yours the most, so I'm boiling my potatoes and we're going to make this tonight, but using cabbage and Crema Mexicana instead of sour cream. Thank you.
