Combine crunchy carrots, juicy apples, crisp celery, zesty lemon and a kick of ginger, and you’ve got today’s Ginger Ninja recipe from Jason’s 5:2 Juice Diet - the perfect follow-on plan to any of his juice plans.
INGREDIENTS
1 inch / 2.5 cm Lemon (unwaxed)
1 stalk Celery
2 Apples (Gala or Delicious)
2 medium Carrots
½ inch / 1 cm Ginger Root
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the produce to the hopper in the order given. Close the lid. Turn on and let the Nama J2 do its thing!
