I’ve been contemplating on making mg own koobi for a while now. I love how you just used the regular salt here. I was stressing myself about getting that granulated/sea salt. It’s been quite hot here. I need to take advantage of the weather and make my own. I love all the tips you gave too. That fish is solid hard like cupboard. Perfect koobi. 🐟

Also, some shops keep food in rat infested shops or storage, and other unhygienic conditions.
