Want to make delicious caramel popcorn this recipe is really simple and easy. It only takes 15 minutes to make the sauce then bake it in the oven for 1 hour. Once you taste it, it's hard to stop eating it!!!
I am really impressed that you never lost a single piece of popcorn while stirring that full pan of caramel corn! Great job! It looks delicious. Now I'm sorry I gave away my hot air popcorn popper!
This is by far the BEST caramel popcorn EVER!! I have been making this recipe every year for 3-4 years now and send it in packages for a sweet gift every Christmas!! Thank you so much! 🥰🎄
Made it and it was amazing! I added a little bit of sea salt before going in the oven to make salted caramel popcorn. This recipe will be a staple now!~
Having two turkey pans is a good idea. Its easier to mix 1/2 of the popcorn each time in separate pans. You bake all of it in one pan but can move half to the additional pan to stir and coat. Plus, you can cool the popcorn faster using the extra pan after taking all of it out of the oven. - Great recipe and thanks for sharing!
That’s what I thought to do. I am making this recipe this year, I got a whirley pop so I already master the regular popcorn, but I am gonna venture to the sweet side this Holiday Season.
I find myself time and time again ALWAYS coming back to your recipe!!! Thank you sooo much for making this video! I've been using your recipe for 2 years now and everyone loves it! I've had requests to make it for my co-worker's baby showers and birthdays! Thanks Lee!
I have made several different kinds in this is the best one I've ever made. Everyone loves it and wants me to make it all the time thank you for the recipe
Hi Lee, I made your popcorn recipe today and I have to say is that it's so delicious and crispy. I used 9 tbsp of corn kernels with 3 tbsp of oil it was perfect. I minor change I did was to add salt and at the end I drizzled some chocolate. Thank you so much for your recipe. It's a favorite ❤
Wow. nearly nine years later and this video is still a blessing. I think I'm going to make this within the next couple of days. I'll add a little salt because I love salty-sweet caramel corn. I'm so excited! Thank you!!!
I just tried this recipe and oh my word, it is delicious. Thank you for putting this up. It’s gonna be a staple in our house now. I cannot express how awesome this taste. I’m gonna be sick here in a few from all the popcorn I’m about to ingest.
Made this recipe for New Years Day for the family and it was the bomb! Easy to make and very tasty. You rock and this recipe is in my archives to make any time we’d like a treat. Thanks for the recipe and the video.
I’ve made this recipe multiple times. It’s easy to make and it’s delicious! Thank you for sharing your recipe and your tips. They really helped. Thank you and God bless!
I am 26 and I loved cooking meals and baking with my mom when I was growing up they were some of the most memorable and fun times of my life I wish I could go back and do it all over again without changing anything
Did this yesterday. Great stuff. Cant keep my wife away from it. I quite drinking 15 years ago but I would bet a cold beer or two would be great with this. Im sure one batch would last through a hole NFL game and then some.
I think this is the same recipe my mom use to make my sister and I when we were growing up. When she passed away we looked through her recipe file and couldn't find the recipe. Thank you so much for this, I can't wait to make some and send to my sister for Christmas!!
I have got so much pop corn in the pantry, definitely going to be giving this a shot. Thanks for sharing your Grandmother's recipe, I just found your channel, looking forward to seeing more. Happy Holidays!
Wow. Looks delish! This is a great video ! Never knew how to make this... I am definitely going to try and do gift tins at Christmas time! Your sons did a nice job helping with this video too...Thanks for posting!
I really liked your video man. Thanks, I'm gonna try it this Christmas. I live in Japan and caramel core is really popular. I'm gonna make popcorn balls instead though. Looking forward to trying your recipe.
Making this tonight. Thanks for posting your grandmother's recipe. Helpful hint, bend the corners of the pan upwards to get more carrying space. Also, I measured out the amount of popcorn kernels it took to make your recipe and it appears to be roughly 1 cup total
wow I just copied your family recipe down and going to make it apart of mine, did everything the same way just 1/2 portions. I got to say I'm addicted, not only delicious, but also affordable and easy. Thank you for posting this. :)
