Cilantro is AHHHH-MAZING. It has that special flavor. It hits the tongue and you know salsa with and without Cilantro, I prefer fresh Cilantro in homemade salsa and recipes, it just adds an extra authentic fresh taste. God bless and Happy belated Mother's day.

That is a great looking salsa and it reminds me of the salsa served in Mexican restaurants and some I tried one time in Riverside, California one day and soon decided that it was not for me. The salsa was too hot and after that I was glad to see my meal arrive at my table to eat along with plenty of water.

I love your food keep up the good work. This of course I didn't listen and added 2 garlic cloves and loved it. Then said nuts and redid it and did it your way and it was good really little difference. Since I am in mexico I do make a lot of Mexican dishes as I can get the ingredients here. So keep going. Love

I made some salsa like this last night just cause I had some leftover veggies from an enchilada sauce I was going to make. The salsa was very good. I did add some garlic to mine and roasted some tomatillos too. My wife and kids loved it. Love your channel, thanks for all the recipe/life sharing you and Cloud do and for all the hard work. 👍

That looks delicious. I make homemade salsa at home a few times a week. I’ve never tried green onions in it but it think I’ll have to try it the next time I make a salsa. Thank you for another great recipe.

Hola chicas made some Salsa like that yesterday but I like it a lot spicy 4 jalapenos 5 serranos and Chile japones..all roasted..But yours looks great and is best for the kids..❤😋
This looks so yummy. I made my first Agua fresca last night 🤪 yippy skippy. It was strawberry and so so yummy. My husband loved it. Today I made pineapple, oh my I'm in love. May I suggest an alternative for roasting tomato or peppers? Using tongs, just place them directly on the burner grate. Sometimes it is hard to get them to stay since they dance when they get hot. When the skin darkens, drop them in a paper sack or a zip top bag and sweat them for a bit. Then wash away the blackened parts under cold tap water. This will, IMHO, maximize the smokey and roasted flavors we are looking for. Not saying the cast iron pan doesn't work well, though. Just an idea! Being new to the channel, I'm glad to learn Tuesdays are all about Salsa! I'll be looking forward to trying some great ones. This is an area I've been wanting to learn more about. Thanks again!
You guys are keeping me sane. Love the basics. Tell us when to use roasted, boiled, or fresh salsa. Are there typical things like what would you use for a stew? Or is it always dealers choice? I know there aren't rules per se but in northern European cooking there are times to use a roux, a slurry, or Beurre manié. How do you use these salsas?
I made your quick and easy Mexican salsa today and OMG it was amazing. I also went back in time and made the ground beef with eggs for dinner today.😊 It took me back to when my moms would cook that for my father, brothers and I. I have just been binge watching your recipes today and writing down my list of groceries and will be going onto your Amazon store to see what I can order from there. I want to learn some of the Korean recipes because our Goddaughter is half Korean and my husband and I want to introduce her to her Korean side and some of their dishes. She is already 10yrs old and lost contact with her dad so my husband and I promised her we will search for her 4 siblings and until then we will show her all we can of the Korean heritage. It breaks my heart because she just misses her dad and her siblings that he introduced to her when she was 3 and now she is 10 and constantly asking for her brothers and sister whome are older than her. I pray one day she gets to reconnect with them. My husband and I will help her every step of the way in making that one day happen. I enjoy just watching you and your sister.
