Ingredients (Serve for 9 canelé mold)
400g Milk
20g Unsalted butter
80g Cake flour
20g Cocoa powder
2 whole eggs (medium size)
170g Granulated sugar
Appropriate amount of butter
(Apply to the entire surface of the canelé mold)
*Baking
1. Preheat oven at 446F
2. Lower to 410F and bake for 15 minutes
3. Lower to 374F and bake for 45 minutes
4. When you have 15 minutes left, turn it upside down and bake.
