What you will be needing
3 cups Chopped chicken breast and thigh mix
2 to 3 medium small celery ribs chopped well
1 to 2 green onions chopped well
1/4 c. Sweet pickle relish
2 teaspoons lemon juice
3/4 c.to 1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 tsp salt or to your likings
Cranberries and chopped pecans are also delicious In this chicken salad
Chill several hours or over night even better..Enjoy!
