I just made this recipe and oh my god it’s to die for. After I finished the Pico de gallo I was skeptical bc I wasn’t a big fan purely bc of the red wine vinegar, but oh my god when you put it all together it’s like heaven in your mouth. It straight up tastes like the tacos you’d get at a taco stand in Mexico. 10/10 will be recommending this. Thank you so much for this recipe!
