Ingredients:
15 corn tortillas
Oil
Cheese
5 Roma tomatoes
Jalapeños or Serrano peppers, (I’m using 2)
Chile árbol, (I’m using 6)
1/4-1/2 cup water
1/4 onion, sliced into moons
2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp whole cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt
