I have done this twice and came perfectly delicious each time! For the second batch i baked, I only used chocolate ganache to frost it and it still tasted wonderful because your cake recipe is absolutely divine! Thanks a lot, Tessa! i dont like seeing chefs, bakers or cooks, and never scrape the bowl and u still see more in there. whats the point of measuring the ingredients? like that sour cream, if u scrape that remaining sour cream, by just looking at it, it will still be 1/4 cup in that bowl left...

It's like you read my mind. Just yesterday i said i was going to look for a new chocolate cake recipe! I have a question tho, is there any other frosting recipe that i could use? I dont have any tipe of mixers yet and i do everything by hand. I thought of ganache but i think it may make the cake too heavy? Let me know what you recomend :)
@@TessaAriasTV no, unfortunately not :/ i had a stand mixer but the wire got cut in a move (yes, intense haha) and i still havent got around to buying one.
Probably if im buying one next, it is going to be a hand mixer. But i also dont live in the states, so taxes on eletrodosmetic things are high. A hand mixer isnt going to be 40 reais to me, you see? Either way. I'll probably make the cake recipe either way just to test it out :p
Makes me wonder if she really bakes… the way she handles her ingredients and incorporate them together doesn’t show great handling like an experienced baker do.
