My Chile Rellenos came out delicious with your recipe, my first time preparing this, my troubles were in the skinning of the Chiles and how long to roast, I have an electric stove and did my best in peeling as much as I could after sweating them. I see this is an updated video where you use a plastic bag. I used one large Habanero with the 9 Roma tomatoes and almost too hot. Thank you!!

I made this recipe tonight for dinner. It was delicious! I have made chili rellenos many times, but just stuffed with a mixture of cheeses, garlic, onions, and herbs. This meat stuffing with the salsa and potatoes was delish! This was so tasty!😋 I love all of your recipes! Thanks!

I have a question if I may. I’ve seen your other video of these with just the cheese filling. Is it possible to mix the beef and cheese filling together prior to stuffing or maybe use refried beans with the cheese mixture? I haven’t tried it yet and thought I would ask as I am sure someone else already has
chili relleno with ground meat stuffing sounds like a great idea you came up with... it's like none cheesy verison for chili rellenos somehow.... better try your recipe to make chili rellenos next time whenever I have times to prepare and cook....

I usually don't make them battered because they never come out right. I usually make them eggless and put them in the oven. I think I am gonna give these a try though because they look delicious.

The first time I made these they came out horrible and my hands burned so bad that I actually cried. I was sad that dinner was ruined and my hands hurt. It was before I knew about your channel! If I would have known about your channel I wouldn't have had that bad experience. Now mine come out good but they are work. Now I am craving them.

This recipe is a bit different from the one that you made 2 years ago(the cheesy ones)… on this video/version the salsa (at the end) is the same recipe as the one before? not the one that you cook along with the beef and the potatoes… I’m talking about the salsa roja at the end 😊. Those Jurassic sized chili rellenos look delicious. I have to get the nerve up to try make this recipe. I’m impressed that you used 5 Serrano peppers. If your kids can manage that you’ve done it right. I can handle only 2 in 2 cups roasted salsa verde.
