How to make the BEST Keto Lemonade | Sugar Free Lemonade

When life gives you lemons and Swerve Sweetener, you make Keto Lemonade!! This sugar free lemonade is a breeze to make and it will definitely cool you off on a hot day! My kids love this keto lemonade. We pretty much drank the whole batch in one day. All you need is a couple of lemons, water, salt, and sugar-free sweetener like Swerve, erythritol, stevia or monkfruit.

KETO LEMONADE
1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 cups of water
Two pinches of salt
¾ c confectioners Swerve or use sweetener of choice
Mix everything together. Stir and enjoy!

@@hammerotongo4677 Try to go 24 or at least 16 or so hours without drinking water and I think you’re tastebuds will appreciate the taste and sensation of a cold glass of water. No disrespect, everyone’s taste is different, but access to water is a blessing.

I have been wanting fresh lemonade every since I started keto the first of the year. I am so amazed at how good this taste. It’s so fresh and that pinch of salt really brings that lemon over the edge. I’m glad that we’re using swerve confectioners sugar because it blends in so well. This is delicious. I think I’m gonna puree a couple strawberries next time and make strawberry lemonade. Thanks again for this recipe, it’s so good.

Confectioners Swere means powdered erythritol. Swere is a brand of erythritolb it's sugar free because you can't have sugar on keto.

@@KetoFocus I did exactly how you show on the vídeo and I couldn't take two sips...maybe your lemons were less acid or something 🤷🏻‍♂️ I think that In some recipes, eliminating sugar is just almost impossible, or at least we should use brown sugar instead, because the one you added only gives it a little bite 😅 anyway life is made of experiences 🙏🏻

@@mpower320i after being on keto for a while peoples tastes change. You find sweet things are much more...cloying than they used to be. So this is much less sweet. I adjusted it for my family by adding a couple of squirts of liquid stevia. Even that can be too sweet for some people though.
