2 pounds cod filets/ or 4 good size ones
1/2 cup of flour for coating
salt to taste
10 oz. jarred artichokes
55 g butter
2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp capers
3/4 cup jumbo green pitted olives
the juice of half a lemon or 2 tbsp
4 oz. white wine
4 oz. water
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish
1 tbsp pf capers for garnish
1 tsp red pepper flakes for garnish
best served with pasta
