My arthritic hands thank you so much! I try not to cook many recipes that call for condensed milk because of the calories and sugar content but I know my husband would love this and lemon pie is one of our favorites, so I will have to bake this one soon! ❤

Will certainly make this one! Love lemon and chocolate cream pies! :) I always had a problem separating yokes until I found a very useful tip: just crack the egg in a small bowl and with a slotted spoon reach in and dip the yoke right out! Works great! Thanks for all the good recipes!
