I don’t use canned soups or regular flour now since going on keto mid 2021. I’ve found that a good meat tenderizer and vinegar are key. Bought cube steaks on sale last week, so cooking them soon.

What is the brand of frying pan you gave and where did you get it? I could not catch the name. I need some new pans. My husband loves cubed steak. It is one of our favorites too! Those look soooo good!
