How to make the fluffiest pancakes in the world
You don't need to wait for pancake day to enjoy them. In fact you can enjoy them for breakfast, lunch and dinner, sweet or savoury. They are quick to make and use quite staple ingredients. They're hot and fresh, plus cheap to make. Talk about win win! This recipe uses both bicarb soda and baking powder for extra fluff! Eat them freshly cooked, or simply reheat in microwave. Add maple syrup, butter or the topping of your choice.

without soda, my pancakes are not so fluffy, but with soda they have an unpleasant aftertaste of bitterness. why is it so? even by their smell it is easy to distinguish them, pancakes with soda have some specific unpleasant smell

These turned out well! Two questions: will leftover batter keep in the fridge, and if so, for how long? Also, recipe calls for 50g-1.5 oz of butter. 50g is 3.5 tbsp and 1.5 oz is 3 tbsp. Which is correct?! Thanks!

You don't need the yogurt or the butter in the pancakes. I make all the time and mine are equally or more fluffy. The key is the baking powder and or the baking Soda (as I have done recipes with out baking soda and was also quiet fluffy). Don't add calories etc for no reason.

When following the website I don't get the same results compared to the video and the mixture is very runny. In the website it's mentioned that we should use 2 cups of milk but in the video I see you put only 1 cup, could this be the issue?

It should be correct on the website the video is more for technique.
