I have been loving my mini waffle makers and use them almost daily! I show you how to make the Okie Waffle (the base of the recipe I got from Nicole Keto.Okie on Instagram, the Paffle came from the Kutecarbashians on Instagram) of course I’ve tweeked it and modified it, you can as well because you can do so much with the mini waffle and mini griddle makers!

I saw at Kohl's.. only buy if you have an additional discount.. they were listed at 18$.. with the usual sale price of 15$.. if you have added discount maybe it would be 12$. I saw at Target too... I think it was around 15$.. but they only had the bowl one.. sold out of the regular small dash.

I just take a large ladle and dip the round bottom in the keto batter and set it in olive oil and fry it. It pops right off. Makes the perfect taco bowl.

I don't have the waffle bowl maker yet. But I plan to get one. I like to use Cajun seasoning. This is not exactly related but I like to use the pork rinds to make oven baked onion rings. They come out great. I'll definitely try that chorizo recipe.

question: why do you spray the non-stick pan? Also wouldn't using a small rubber scrapper be better to use on non-stick. I do love both recipes. want to try, just wondering about the spraying?

These are cool, I've gotta try making some chaffles and chaffle bowls. I have the Dash waffle bowl maker too.They also came out little waffle makers for the hollidays. A heart, A pumkin and a SnowFlake all little waffle makers. I got mine from Amazon.

Thanks for showing the unplugging.. it's scary when the top comes up.. I can't imagine when the top locks. I have the smaller dash.. it doesn't lock.. I think I'd just poor the filling over the small chaffle.. just got too many gagets.

Hi Debra. Found your channel while searching for chaffle recipes. I made a couple chaffles using egg and mozzarella cheese, but they are too eggy tasting to me. Someone suggested almond flour. I tried a tablespoon of that and they are still too eggy tasting, to me. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks and I look forward to watching your videos!

Thank you Terri, I’ve started to add s little cream cheese to my egg and cheese mixture and of course I always season my eggs! I’ll film a new video cuz it’s more like a batter that I’m using. I e seen many people say to use room temp eggs to eliminate the eggy taste. Keep experimenting and seasoning I’m sure you’ll find a mixture you live!!! 😀💖

Hi Jayne, in the beginning I only tracked my macros,once I was fully fat adapted I started to track calories, you want a caloric deficit to lose weight. You’ll have to adjust your macros along the way of your weight loss journey 😀💖

If you wanted a gingerbread Chaffle what ingredients would you use?

Dorothy, I was planning on making some for the upcoming holidays. There are two ways, the usual gingerbread spices (cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, natural sweetener, etc.) plus adding a good quality organic molasses, we know that’s what gives it its rich color and part of the flavor but it does have sugar. If your ok with a little sugar then go for it. The second route which is the route I’ll probably take is order the gingerbread flavor from oooflavors, they have it on their website. I’d experiment with adding the flavor and maybe adding the other spices depending on how the batter tastes. 😀

I tried the chaffle and i didnt like the way it tasted at all! Tastes like dried out eggs..i will try it again but was really disappointed. 😪

I watched someone using cream cheese.. Also one with additional flavors to taste like french toast. One other person added the cinnamon toast crunch protein powder and said it was great. Obviously any time you add something you have to be careful not to have too much in waffle maker.. also found the longer you cook the better.. and bottom line butter and syrup make them good.

Thanks for showing how to make the bowl. I wondered how it worked. Just a thought. You used the term "I'm going to go ahead and". You might try to say things without using that phrase over and over. Otherwise great job!

Your Chaffles look and sound so good... But one bit of advice, respectfully given. Please get rid of the phrase "go ahead" in your videos. It's as annoying as "Uhmm" is in others videos. I kept getting sidetracked by "Go ahead" and it pulled my attention from your Chaffle creations.. I hope you take this feedback in the vein it's given.
