Trying out a bit of a different format for my videos other than simply a timelapse for the tracks I make. Let me know if you like this new format!
Component Theory was an experiment to see if I could combine all my favorite elements of the tracks I drive on my own time to create the ultimate drift track for my friends and I. The track is based off 6 components: sweeping turns, angled turns, wide manji, jump drift, multiple routes, and elevation change. This one was difficult but I'm extremely happy with the result and will definitely be driving this one with the guys for some time. Let me know what you think!
Track requires:
LightingFX and GrassFX in Custom Shaders Patch for track lighting and grass.

Looks amazing and great video. However in my mind a perfect track would be a lot narrower and more technical similiar to how happogahara touge requires a lot of practice to keep up with the more experienced drivers who know the perfect line.

completely understand, unfortunately "perfect" is a bit subjective and varies greatly between people, I was going for more of a good Tandem track than anything i guess. something that was easy to chase other players but not super boring and repetitive. def gonna be making more touges' in the future as i prefer those as well over drift circuits 9 times outta ten. appreciate the kind words!

I feel you man, It would be an honor to have some public servers running my maps. My server is private because I use it for testing purposes with the guys but have thought about making a public one with a track rotation. If I end up doing that at some point, I will be sure to let my growing community know!

kinda random but would you be interested in like a 1 on 1 tutoring session for race track builder? after watching a good bit of videos tryna learn, i still feel so dumb. just from the sped up videos it seems like you have a really good workflow sorted. there's just so many tiny questions i have/things im not sure of. would pay obvi.

First off I would say thank you, I'm flattered you think I know what I'm doing lol. In all honesty, I do feel like I have a pretty decent workflow for efficiencies sake, but that's just because I work in IT. I would say before you go paying for any kind of tutor, join the RTB discord. Ask questions there or find me in there and dm me! Always happy to help!

@@iamkillball3000 will do. ill give it another few sit down sessions trying w/ the discord. just the way i see it i would just be paying for the convivence and the ability to ask a-ton of questions, seemed worth it to me at least. really wana learn rtb to make some roads from a vacation i took to hawaii forever ago, and roads from Appalachia. we need more non Japanese touge roads lol.
