You missed a prime opportunity for demonstrating tounge twister proficiency at the beginning.... Nice sound insert with the "it's alive". And really appreciate the discourse about the trial and error
Haha yeah, needed more P words! Thanks man, did a lot of trial and error trying to figure out what makes them puff. wound up with like 80gb of 4k footage to wade though lol fun fun!
The perfect Pita Pockets I've never seen them made before this is some sensational cooking here Graham!!! It's so sensational in fact that I *Pita The Fool* who doesn't LOVE it!!!!
I'm so happy you did this video! I have known the reason why it puffs or not and this was very detailed. The puffing is the best part! I would fill them with so many things and I'm saving this video to my library too. Great pita breads Graham!
Thanks very much! I did a bunch of testing to try and figure out what caused or prevented the puffs 😁 So fun to watch them blow up like little balloons when you get it just right!
It looks delicious. I've been watching your video as a subscriber for awhile. Thanks for your sharing it. Merry Christmas 🎄 to you and family. From Vietnam
Many Indians will brush their flat breads - both sides - with ghee or butter once it is almost all puffed. Their flat breads puff up too like pita bread. The recipes can be the same or a bit different from yours depending on the area in India, but the butler/ghee is interesting. I believe Indian flat breads don’t use yeast or baking powder, for example. Your recipe looks very doable and easy. I like the cast iron pan idea!
Graham, I love pita pockets, but I've never tried to make them at home! I will be trying this recipe, thanks for such a detailed tutorial!! I'll make mine in a cast iron pan, reminded me of making tortillas. They looked perfect! 😊👍
That's a really cool recipe and I will definitely try this sometime. That sucks about your camera mount. Technical difficulties drive me insane!! The horrors of film making LOL. Great video buddy!
Thanks man! Yeah I have these little flexible camera mounts with clamps on the end that I really love, but with how I abuse them they only last three or four months before the internal wire snaps off lol. I haven't really found anything better for what I'm doing
@@Passionforfoodrecipes Hopefully they are cheap! I know I've looked at boom arms for the camera, but they are just as expensive as the damn camera it's self, so screw that LOL!!
@@999ThingsToCook yeah that's my favorite thing about them I think they're 25 or 30 bucks! I just ordered a new z flex tilt head Mount so hopefully that solves some of my problems at least for low shots
