Seeing the rum syrup reminded of when I used a little rum extract(a little less than a teaspoon) when I made some brownies a week ago, as I was almost out of vanilla- and the batch turned out absolutely delicious. A hint of rum with chocolate adds a really nice dimension to the flavor.
Hey Cacao, just curious, when you do the arm pump after sprinkling the cocoa powder, have you ever accidentally punched something while doing it? The thought occurred to me and it made me laugh. Great video!
That looks really delicious. After a bit of googling I have been unsuccessful in finding the mold that is used. Does anyone know where to find it or similar molds?
Oof. He linked to every product except the one I need. I can't find a mold like that anywhere. Half the time I search for it Google just assumes I don't know how to spell 'pan' and shows me pans instead.
