💥🍔 Welcome to another episode of Backyard Bosses! Today we're getting the Pit Boss Ultimate Griddle Fired up to make the viral and highly addictive "Crack Burger". Stuffed with Bacon, Ranch, and Cheese this burger will have you hooked after the first bite.
Let's get into it 👇
💨Ingredients:
1 Pound Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Bacon Bits
3 Tablespoons Ranch Seasoning
1 Cup of Shredded Cheese
3 Tablespoons of Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon of Pit Boss All Purpose GSP Rub
🔥 Griddle Set Up: We're going to show you exactly how to get your Pit Boss Ultimate griddle prepped and ready to throw down these cheesy and delicious Crack Burgers.
Our Ultimate Griddles come standard with a non-stick, pre-seasoned, ceramic cooking surface, so there's no need to season your griddle before throwing down.
For this recipe, all you have to do is fire up your griddle and set your burners to medium heat! It's so easy.
👨‍🍳 Cooking Process: In this episode, we'll walk you through how to make Crack Burgers in your own backyard! The process is easier than you might think!
First, get the griddle fired up and throw down your bacon. Cook your bacon until crispy, then remove it from the griddle and finely chop.
Next, you're going to form your Crack Burger Patties. The custom burger patty is what makes this recipe unique, so this step is very important! Add sour cream, cheese, crispy bacon bits, and ranch seasoning to your ground beef and mix until all of the ingredients are incorporated. Then separate the burger mixture into four sections.
Then roll your burger sections into balls and place them onto your pre-heated griddle surface before smashing them down with a spatula* or burger press. Once a crust has formed on one side carefully flip* the burgers and add cheese.
When your burgers are cooked to your liking, remove them from the griddle. Finally, stack your Crack Burgers with your favorite toppings on a lightly toasted bun and enjoy at your own risk 😉
*In this video, Andrew uses a metal spatula to smash and flip the burgers. We do not recommend using metal cooking utensils on your ceramic Ultimate Griddle cooking surface, as it can cause unwanted wear and tear over time. Use our Nylon Polymer Ultimate Griddle tools for best results.

I just tried them about 30 minutes before the video came out. lol. Mine fell apart pretty badly lol. They were still good but I prefer a basic smash burger. Lots of different flavors coming at you in that burger
