A lovely cocktail, but needs a new name. White Negroni has been in fashion for a bit - exchanging Suze for the sweet vermouth, dry vermouth for sweet. Once you change the base liquor as well - seems you really need a new appellation for your libation. We don’t call a Manhattan a ‘dark martini’ - once you change the base of gin or vodka, be at least as imaginative with the name as with the ingredients. Nevertheless - trying this at the weekend because it sounds great!
