Today Nonna is showing us how to make her traditional, homemade cappelletti (or tortellini as most people would call it!)
Nonna shows us step-by-step how to make the filling, the pasta and finally how to tie up the little parcels to turn them into cappelletti ("little hats").
My Nonna and Nonno have been making cappelletti with their friends Nino and Clara for the past 36 years! They make big batches about 4 times a year for all their family and they are so delicious (so much better than the tortellini you buy from a store!)
