Chop up some broccoli pretty to small size like peas and put it in same time with carrots in place of the peas. Gives it a good flavor & adds texture too.
Oh my God all this fried food! The severe advanced osteoarthritis in my right shoulder is just killing me!!! But it certainly looks good to eat for breakfast or even lunch and dinner tonight!!! Although I don't have any half and half cream. Nor do I have any money to buy any either. That sucks big time. I ran out of pepper a couple of weeks ago too. That stuff's expensive too. Not happy about this food prices going up all the time either. That sucks major hairy smelly stinky butt right?

Instead of gluten pasta you could use bean or veggie pasta, rice, cauliflower that's been riced and cooked or use spaghetti squash even for a take on the pasta that's lower carbs & much healthier. I am diabetic & have Celiacs too. I hope to put up some recipes by the end of the year.
