2 cans tuna
1 onion chopped
1 spring onion chopped
3 garlic cloves or 1tbs (shredded)
1 tsp black pepper
2 cups flour
1tbs baking powder
1/2 carrot (shredded)
1tsp salt
2 tbs green seasoning or home made
1cup water
oil for frying
start by mixing all the ingredients in a bole and mix well then let it rest for 10 minutes, Allow your oil to heat up and fry medium_low heat and there you have it.
