HOW TO MAKE TWICE BAKED PULLED PORK POTATOES

Recipe below:
Pulled Pork:
2 lbs Bone In Boston Butt
1/2 yellow onion sliced
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 1/4 cup beef stock
Pulled Pork Seasoning:
1 tbs onion powder
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs McCormick Brown Gravy Mix
2 tbs vegetable oil
BBQ Sauce:
1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
2 tbs dark brown sugar
1 tbs white sugar
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Twice Baked Potatoes
4 Medium Size Russet Potatoes
3 tbs salted butter
1/2 stick sharp cheddar cheese (save remainder for topping before oven)
2 1/2 tbs sour cream
2 tbs green onion
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Lawry’s seasoned salt & black pepper to taste
Toppings:
Sour Cream
Chopped Parsley or Green Onion
