Just followed your instructions and pleasently surprised how good my raspberry muffins turned out! I used coconut flour, and substituted sugar with stevia.... Delicious!

Handle the Heat Like how to properly weigh dry ingredients on a digital scale intsead of measuring them to insure your measurements are exact, and what the measurements would be.For example 1 cup of flour would equal 4 ounces or 1/2 a cup of brown sugar would equal 3 ounces. I've tried looking it up, but I got different answers so I was curious as to what you thought about it. :)
