Made this recipe last weekend, the only changes I made were using my own vegan butter and adding 2 tbsp flour, because Brazilian flour soaks up less liquid. The croissants came out perfect! The video made the process very clear. My non-vegan family loved it as well, saying these croissants were “as good as the ones they buy at the bakery, perhaps even better”. They want me to make it again for the next family event!
