I read through the recipe and it would be helpful if you tell us the types of products that work best. Cream cheese can have a lot of different bases and change flavor dramatically
These look amazing and I’m not even vegan. But, when I clicked on the link for this recipe, the ingredients were different than what you used. ie. amount of butter (& treatment of butter), cornstarch, amount and kinds of chocolate. The finished cookie looks way different too.

Just a question, in the video you use vegan butter for the mascarpone cream, but in the recipe says to use vegan cream plus corn starch, are those interchangeable? Thanks, love this ❤
