Hi! I just sure your video. How long after making the drip should I wait to actually put it on the cake? I assume the chocolate right off the melter will be hot and melt the whipped cream if put right away?

Hi Eva. LOVE your cakes!! Can I just ask, I saw that you sometimes use fondant decorations on the side of your whipped cream cakes. Do you find that the fondant gets soft over time, due to the moisture in the whipped cream, and how do you avoid this?

When using fondant on my cakes I always make sure the fondant decorations are completely dried out before placing them on the cake. That helps them stay nicely in place for a long time.

Eva can you use the Kool aid pink lemonade flavour for the strawberry filling? Or is the pink lemonade powder you use just like a powder and not used for making lemonade or drink? We don’t seem to have a similar product in Australia unless we use strawberry jello

From your experience it sounds like you won't want to use water based colors. I've never tried it though. I always use wilton or americolora gel food coloring for my ganache.

Sounds like it might be slightly over whipped. Also use my water spraying trick for a smooth finish and when you smooth out don't apply to much pressure.
