Man, I love watching your videos. My ex and I split last July because of anger and lack of communication skills on my part. We got back together back in November/December last year but the issues were still there since I didn't get to the root causes of my issues so she split again 2 weeks ago and back to square one. I went 10 months no contact. She left late 2022 and in September 2023 she called me and we talked for about a week until she ghosted me…. That hurt a 2nd time since the break up. The ex who was the dumper has to be the 1 to make the first move in no contact and put forth effort to make things right and be honest to the one they broke up with and broke there heart . It's about the person who got dumped and haveing love and respect for there ownself and not getting hurt anymore and moveing on .
