When people say wholesaling is not a real service based business bc the motivated seller won't be able to provide referral motivated sellers. I think it's a bit backwards. The cash buyers are the repeat customers. The motivated sellers w a fixer upper is a deliverable. Say you're a oil drilling company. The customers are the buyers. You providing the oil is the deliverable. Once you stop drilling for oil, your company will no longer have oil to sell. This is how I view a wholesaling business. The customers are the buyers

You could call it a service based business. But most of the time Service base businesses are reoccurring so that's why it's not considered a service space business.

Damn he’s killing it! Make me wanna get back into wholesaling. But u need that foundation first I wouldn’t recommend doing it if you don’t have money saved and/or a job.

I’m looking to get into wholesaling, since I’m gonna be a one man show until I get some cash coming in I’ll be doing all the acquisitions and sales. That led me to invest into Jeremy Miners sales course. That being said how have you been able to implement his sales content into your sales process?

I advise you not to purchase another course i market in houston and dallas tx and branching to other states. Most gurus nowadays are only going to give you half of the information. Keep working hard the wholesale real estate is a ongoing learning experience this business shift everytime. Pull you list call it up and keep getting the no eventually you will find a yes and when you do dont get comfortable there’s more work

Yup. You could hire them to do all the paperwork on your transaction. They typically cost anywhere between 250 and 750 bucks.
