They do pay taxes. Maybe hillary clinton shouldve changed the tax code. The loopholes exist and they all use it because the tax code is flawed in 1000 different ways

Are you keyglee/NW with guys on salary or keyglee/NW with guys on commission only? I have difficulty hiring follow up on commissions only. (You are direct to seller and direct to realtor it seems) What are you doing different than any another entity for net profit ?
Love the video. But can we be honest here. Wholesaling is still alive and well for now. But get in quick and hustle. Because NAR and states are starting to regulate sooner or later. Wholesaling will be illegal. Some states have already implemented laws to make it very difficult to wholsale. Pennsylvania has just jumped in bed with NAR. KNOW YOUR LAWS IN WHATEVER STATE YOU ARE WHOLESALING!! GOOD LUCK!!
This is true. But there are work arounds. Lots of people are doing novations or double closing now. I personally made the jump to just fixing and flipping myself. More risk but bigger profits for sure!
Why pressure the guy to answer how much he makes or how much his company makes? He respectfully tried to avoid answering but you kept pushing for it. Good interview but you can definitely improve on your interview skills & questions. And hit the gym sit up straight have a presence you look old and unhealthy
It’s going to get a lot worse yet. The commercial market is going to continue to crash for the next 24 months due the adjustable rate mortgages jumping from 2% to over 6% for a lot of small businesses. This will kill there businesses which will drive up unemployment. That will increase home foreclosures which will flood inventory driving down home values but because of the high unemployment rates and horrible inflation over the past 4 years, their will be limited buyers.
