one thing that helps me out is using one outline color on the entire character. it forces me to make smarter decisions about what colors i use on the character, and makes the character feel easier on the eyes ig. at least to me. it could make your character look harsher or smth idk.

I feel like you should've left the eyes alone tho unless you were gonna use the eyes with the eyebag, you made him look more cutesy when the eyes looked more tired or bored.
