HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN DESICCATED COCONUT 

I noticed some people are asking, what do do with it, Well make coconut sweet bread. 4 cups regular flour , 1 cup desiccated coconut , 2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, half cup coconut oil, I can coconut milk 2 tablespoons baking powder, 3 tablespoons butter, 2 whole eggs, 2 and a half cup water, mixing all ingredients together, line 2 bread pans with parchment paper , makes 2 loaves,. Bake for 55 minutes in 350 degrees Fahrenheit, when cooked , brush with maple syrup , let it sit in the pan for 20 minutes , then put on a rack. Blessings
