ok..that high kick that you use to bring the rope dart back down, at 0:21 is sick.. I didn't understand what i saw at first. i know what i'm gonna be trying next. Thanks !

A lot less painful if you don't mess up with the drill. That didn't really look all that safe. Must be a better way...

Is there any way to weight the ball to get used to heavier darts?

The weight of the tennis ball is perfect for learning the techniques. I typically work will the ball for a few hours, and then pick up the actual dart. You may be able to try sand and keep it in with duct tape.
