Hi Bedros I know your time runs fast so you can skip all the introduction and go to the last few lines and read the question that I hav for you. You're a great leader and a person and so what comes from your mouth in these videos I listen to it very carefully. Ive been feeling for a long time down and out , like yourself I donot lack of potential I have skills and talents and yet my current condition is not better than the average person. Very recently I came very close to abreak up with my significant other I took all the responsibility for my mistakes I left myself for far too long stranded . Once I learned about you I resonated a lot with your struggles that are very similar to mine. I need also to man up and become my own best leader not just for me but for anyone who is around me. The peopl close to me family member know me as I used to be and expect nothing special for me another number in the vast masses of the population in the world. I have great desire to speak and express my authentic self, I hav just started earning a tiny income fro some neighbourhood job so I can be mor independent. I was raised in a poor mindset environment and is one of my biggest struggles that Im workin with right now. I know cannot ask from you free services because time is very valuable for you and for everyone. I could speak a bit mor freely and mor direct from an e-mail address. I can write pretty good and fluent , my passion is centered into strengthening others especially in terms of mind and character. It can be extremelly important in all aspects of life. Thank you Bedros it's me again I am sort of broke at the moment after loosing my business by been squished out of the market by the giants and loose over 34.4 million dollars over the last 3 years, I'm executing another strategy to recover I have to figure out how to even afford the 400 dollars, I'm that broke lol! but not worse than the time I was homeless. Talking about replicating yourself in a business, how do you replicate yourself when there is not enough cash flow, I am trying to replicate my dad but he is not giving me of his time because when he has time he wants to rest, when he is running the business he is worried about cash flow not because he has no sales but because clients don't pay and the amounts are not small but very big. So in conclusion he has no time to reveal information he knows so I can replicate him, I don't know if he doesn't want to be replicated because he doesn't trust that people can do what he does. Man oh man, I know how it feels to be broke and scrape by with little money. Keep strategizing and focusing on your vision. Eventually you'll be able to scale and structure your business back up to reach its highest potential. As far as replicating your dad, the best way to replicate someone is to literally follow them around and take notes on everything they do in their business, and how they do it. Over a period of time through environmental exposure, you'll be able to run the business under their systems. I used to think no one could do things better than me, but once I had that major anxiety attack, I decided it was time to MAN UP and start outsourcing work so that I could focus in my 5%. I am working on something with my mom, she has a dance school where she trained athletes for professional leagues, or artists at times having MTV and other companies coming to her school, so as my brother trained Juan Manuel Marquez before the fight with Mani in which he beat Mani in Las Vegas for the 1st. Time. I believe with your system we can turn arround her school and make it franchise or have some venture, I don't know yet I have to talk to them and figure out then contact you, I'll look for you in LinkedIn.
