Thank you Doc for this info . I have been following you from chanting video (you explained everything how chanting ,bhramari helps in mental health and change our energy ) . Now Doc can you make a video about Yoga Nidra what happens when we do Yoga nidra ,What chemicals are released in our brain and body also what happens to our Aura after Yoga Nidra .
