Whatever you do stops eating carbohydrates and sugars,lover weight and drink water and don’t worry to much.

type 2 and i feel sick as a parrot when levels go above 10 to 21 , water drinking , foods its hard to control

Unfortunately, ignorance of reality does not make it go away. Just try to step off a high building without worrying about it. Someone I know did exactly that. He is no longer alive. That isn't much of a problem for him, but it is for his parents.

Lose weight, and the diabetes will go away - it's as simple as that. I did it by reducing my carbs, cutting out snacks, and not eating after 6pm (one form of intermittent fasting), but any method will work. Twenty pounds might be enough, and should at least show a significant improvement. You can watch your progress by measuring your blood pressure, which will gradually come down.

Many so called T2 are not fat and do not have insulin resistance. I think there's a test to see if you have insulin resistance. If you have low insulin production you might need insulin.
